Getting your puppy used to a harness

Harnesses are kinder than collars and don’t risk causing injury to your puppy’s delicate neck. Do your research.

Choose Y-shaped harnesses rather than those which restrict natural shoulder movements, and preferably those with two points of contact, at chest and back, which offer more control if needed. Click here and here

Again, Di Martin has some useful advice for introducing your puppy to its first harness. Click here

To avoid resource guarding………this is a very handy blog post from Di.
